Do You Know What MERGE Means?

Do you know what MERGE means? One of the hazards of driving 4000 miles each month is the other drivers. I’m serious, if I were alone on the highways, it would go much better. I realize that is unrealistic, but a man can dream. As I travel the State of Texas in my Dodge Magnum, I see all types of drivers … hot rodders, lil’ old ladies, and fresh, green teenagers.

They all have their shortcomings, but this is one of my biggest pet peeves when I am on cruise control. MERGE means something.

MERGE is a technical term meaning … Don’t Pull in front of me if you’re driving slower.

Let me know what your pet peeve is when behind the wheel. Surely I’m not the only one … can I?

Me again! Good camera angle, with occasional eye-contact.

I brought a Malibu who was merging to a stop last week. They were ahead of me but not going fast enough, or not willing to accelerate to move in front of me. With a car behind and to the left, I couldn’t adjust for them at all. They were smart enough to stop, but not smart enough to figure out how not to stop.

Hey, who stole your stache? LOL.

Thanks, I am still playing with the new little HD video recorder. Trying to get all the pieces working together.

stache? Well … it’s a long old story that begins in the 10th grade. Or, I just got bored one day and decided to clean it off. I don’t know how long this will last, but we’ll see.
